Hello and welcome back everyone!
I hope everyone has had a peaceful, restful, exciting, relaxing and wonderful holiday. Personally, I feel they’ve whizzed by! Our site manager, Mr Green, has been in school during the holidays, with his team, making sure the building is ready for the new year. It certainly is sparkling! Staff have also been popping in to set up their classes ready for September.
So here we are – a new school year – with lots of new things happening and changes occurring. We’ll keep you informed of them as they happen so please visit the website often to keep in touch with the latest news, find out what’s happening in your child’s class, as well as events that are going to happen.
I am looking forward to my new role as acting Head teacher. It will keep me very busy! I want to make sure everyone enjoys the year, working to their best and achieving great things. I’m confident, that with the support of parents, staff and our governors, St Agnes will be the best place for pupils to shine even more this year.
Ms Rose has started her new role, which sounds very exciting and we wish her all the best in that role for the next two years.
