Meal Choices

Dear Parents and Carers,

As of 11/5/2026, children will no longer have access to meal manager in their class rooms. This means that children will now have to order meals at home with parents at least 1 week in advance.
Ideally it would be beneficial if children could choose their meals at home on the ParentPay app, a few weeks in advance. This means that there is less waste and more choice for the children and avoids parents forgetting to order.
Recently, we have seen children very upset because they have not been able to get their first choice of meal, due to late ordering.

We hope you agree that it is very important to reduce waste and help kitchen staff prepare accurate quantities.

Please note you will need to have ordered your child's meal at least 7 days in advance to avoid being asked to bring them a packed lunch.

This new rule applies to all children's meals, except for reception children, whether or not parents pay for them.
