How many tens and how many ones can you see ?


Use your story map to begin writing the story in your workbook. Don’t forget; use your phonics to spell words, finger spaces, capital letters, full stops and reread it, to make sure it sounds right.

Now look at your hundred square:

Can you read the numbers ? Say a number, then find it on the hundred square. Skip count in 2s, read the numbers backwards and forwards (from 0 to 20). Can you read all the tens numbers? 10, 20, 30, 40….
