Ready to start home learning!

Daily Maths Meeting:

We have a new number of the week. Can you tell me what you think it is?

It is 1 more than 19…

Can you tell me what the temperature is today? Is it warmer or cooler than yesterday?

Literacy:

In your home learning book can you write a list of activities that you enjoy doing, whilst staying safe at home.

Please feel free to share your activities in the comments section below.

Maths:

Let’s get moving with a number song to 20.

Can you count up to 100?

Phonics:

Join in with the song and remember all the sounds we have learnt in school.

Can you find things in your house that begins with the sounds that you have heard in the song?

Unwind and relax:

Thank you for the videos. We’ve just enjoyed doing the number songs and singing along to the jolly phonics. Sam’s teaching me all the actions. We will do our list of things we’re doing in lock down later today. Sam says he hopes you’re okay and having a nice time even though you can’t go outside very much.

Lovely to hear from you Sam and Family, I am glad you are sharing your learning as a family and enjoying doing things at home. I am very well thank you Sam, I am very lucky that I have a small garden so I have been able to go outside sometimes for some fresh air and exercise. What do you like to do in your garden? Stay safe!
