Good morning, Reception! It’s another beautiful day to do some learning.

Can you describe the weather outside today?

Let’s start with a Wake Up, Shake Up!

Can you tell me what day it is today?

Literacy:

Yesterday we had a look at our traditonal tale for this half term.

Can you remember the title of the story?

See if you can use the pictures below to help retell the story:

Your task today is:

  • Draw a picture of your favourite part of the story.
  • Draw a picture of your favourite part and write a label to match.
  • Draw 3 pictures from the story in order and write a label for each picture.
  • Draw 3 pictures from the story in order and write a sentence for each picture.

Maths:

Have a walk around the house or outside in the garden and collect some objects.

Once you have collected your objects, see if you can create a repeating pattern:
