Yesterday we learned how to recognise a third. Today we will be finding thirds which is just like dividing by 3.
We have been learning the story of Little Red Riding Hood. Who is your favourite character in the story? Can you draw them and write some sentences about what they are like? Think about the way they look and what they are like. e.g. are they kind? Are they friendly? Are they clever?
Challenge! Can you use ‘because’ in your sentences to show how you know?
In our art we will be looking closely at trees. We start by finding a tree to base our creations on. Choose a tree that you can see, it might be out of your window or maybe while you are out on a walk. Draw your tree using a pencil taking care to put in as much detail as possible. Look carefully as you draw.
