Coping Calendar – 30 Actions to look after ourselves!

Hello Everyone,

As we face some time away from school, we need something to keep our mental health and wellbeing good. Action for Happiness is a fantastic website that has lots of ideas to support your wellbeing over the next few weeks. Please look at the challenges below as actions to keep you happy and a way of ensuring that you do actions that make others happy too.

My action for today was Number 16, Rediscover your favourite music that really lifts your spirts!

I chose Olli the Monkey – I’d like to teach the world to sing. The smile on my face was instant, as it made me think of our Peace Mala Accrediation Day in May 2019. Watching you all sing and sign as one, will always be one of my most treasured memories!

I have added the youtube video below – so you can sing a long at home, or may be you could teach your family this song – This another one of my act of kindness covered for today (Number 19).

    I did 14 it reminded me about when I was young and when I first played that game. Really Enjoyable!
