Today we are going to continue comparing objects.

 

We will continue using the following language, and symbols, to compare groups of objects:

 

is greater than     >

is less than           <

is equal to             =

 

Here is a reminder of how to use each symbol:

Is less than – the symbol starts small and gets bigger. 1 is less than 3.
