Miss Ryan I don’t undesrstand Q1 of in maths where it says to match the three digits . I got 625 and 750 it doesn’t match .How should I solve it ?

    • Miss Ryan Posted 24th March 2020 11:40 am

The lines are just past the numbers you have written so if you used the same 3 digits for both numbers what could they be? They would both need a 6 and a 7 in the for the first digit in each number. You only need to find one other digit.

      • Zakaria Khan Posted 24th March 2020 12:02 pm

Thanks Miss Ryan I get it now thanks for your help

  • Sanjeda Choudhury Posted 24th March 2020 12:18 pm

Hi, Fazal is struggling with English question c. If u could kindly help. Thanks.

    • Miss Ryan Posted 24th March 2020 1:01 pm

You are looking for words that belong to the same word family. Real is the root word and you can add prefixes and suffixes to create new words based around the root word. For example, if the root word was ‘happy’ you could add the prefix ‘un’ to create the word ‘unhappy’ which belongs to the same word family. πŸ™‚

      • Sanjeda Choudhury Posted 24th March 2020 1:48 pm

          • Miss Ryan Posted 24th March 2020 5:40 pm

If he goes onto multiplayer on Times Table Rockstars he can invite people to challenge him. If he scrolls to the bottom of the list there is an option to challenge teachers too!

    Miss Ryan I don’t understand Q1 & Q3 in Home learning.

    • Miss Ryan Posted 25th March 2020 10:50 am

Which one? English or Maths? πŸ™‚

      • Tanzeela Posted 25th March 2020 11:55 am

        Math

        • Miss Ryan Posted 25th March 2020 6:37 pm

Question 1 is asking you to work out the numbers indicated on the number line using the same 3 digits. The first number must start with a 6 and the second number must start with a 7 so both numbers must contain a 6 and a 7. Can you work out what the number line is divided into to help you?

Question 3 is a division question. There are 45 children split into 5 equal groups.

          πŸ™‚

          • Tanzeela Posted 26th March 2020 12:40 pm

            Okay I understand now
