What a colourful bunch we are …

Today we all came into school wearing football shirts and sportswear to support the Soccer Aid event on Sunday to raise funds for UNICEF, we all looked very bright and colourful.

It is good to see everyone back for our final half term of Year 4. It is going to be a busy half term with end of year assessments, the Great Get Together, St Agnes Got Talent, and that’s just to mention a few.

This week in Maths we have been looking at plotting coordinates on a grid, and translating shapes. We are now going to be doing multiplication and division, so, get practising those tables facts!

In English, we have started to study the short film, Soar. We have written character descriptions of Mara and Lucas, and next week, we’ll be writing dialogue for the two characters.

Homework this week is to learn your spellings, read to an adult, and complete the worksheet on conjunctions.

Enjoy your weekend,

Mrs Warrilow 🙂
