On Tuesday 7th November, we had 2 visitors from the NSPCC who told us about staying safe and speaking out.We learnt about a person called Guy and how he did not have any food to eat, and how he had to wake up without any clean clothes to wear. The teacher from the NSPCC showed us what he did next…HE CALLED CHILD LINE!! He talked to them about what had happened on a free phone line- 08001111. The next day he told his teacher about his worries in school. She was able to help. The main message we learned was to speak out, to talk to an adult we trust if we feel uncomfortable about anything, and that abuse is NOT ok.

Remembrance Day

On Wednesday the 8th, we had an assembly about Remembrance Day. Remembrance day is on the 11th day, of the 11th month, on the 11th hour. We show respect to those who died in wars. We had a minutes silence to remember the soldiers, hoping they rest in peace. We give them the thanks and the respect they deserve.

Thank you
