Next week Tear 5 from St Agnes will be playing another football match but this time against Plymouth grove. Hopefully this time we will win, fingers crossed! If you want to play then tell Mr Lammas and hopefully you will get in the team.
World mental health day!
On Tuesday 10th October the whole of the juniors went down to the hall for an assembly on world mental health day. We learnt about different mental health conditions, like depression and anxiety. We also watched a video about kid’s thoughts on mental health. We learned that we should tell a teacher, friend or carer if we are feeling sad for a period of time or if we feel we may be suffering from a mental health condition.
5T library visit.
On Tuesday 10th October, 5T went to Longsight Library to find out all about the services they provide. We each got to take a book back to school which we can keep for 6 weeks! We used a special class card which allowed us to take a book for the whole class! We all chose amazing books and enjoyed ourselves! It was clearly worth the walk!
