Hi all,
I hope you have had a lovely half term but now it’s time to get back to it.
The maths lesson that I will be posting from now on will all match the worksheets that are in your home learning packs that you can pick up from school today. They will follow the same format as the previous lessons but you will have the worksheets to write on.
Today’s lesson is focusing on multiplying fractions by integers (a number which is not a fraction; a whole number).
Click on the link below to go to the White Rose website and watch the video for Summer Term Week 4 Lesson 1
https://whiterosemaths.com/homelearning/year-6/
Once you have watched the video, find the matching worksheets in your home learning packs and have a go at the questions.
Here is a document with additional questions that aren’t in your home learning packs. You will see that the sheets have stars at the top (1 star is working towards, 2 stars is expected standard and 3 stars are greater depth questions). Have a go at some of these questions and then you will find some reasoning and problem solving questions towards the end of the PDF for you to try.
