Use the event ideas above to help you write your non-chronological safety report. Remember you are writing as a member of the NTSB (National Transport Safety Board) explaining what you have discovered in your investigation; what events caused the tragic loss of life?
Your report should consist of:
- An orientation- who? What? Where? When?
- At least 3 cause& effect paragraphs
- A summary of your findings and what safety recommendations you would like to be introduced
