Homework 07.10.19

As I wasn’t in class on Friday, I didn’t have the chance to set your homework so I will go through it in class today.

Spelling homework: co-operate, co-ordinate, co-own, co-author, re-enter, re-educate, re-examine, re-evaluate, re-energise, re-elect

Maths homework: Resource 3 in the Home Learning Booklet for Number and Place value unit. (we are skipping resource b for now).

Mathletics: See assigned tasks

English homework: Reading section resource 8: Figurative language. You should know what most of the types of figurative language is but you may not know what a hyperbole is. It is when you make an exaggeration and it is not to be taken seriously (I’ve asked you a million times, this bag weighs a ton)

Nope. It is where you exaggerate to describe something. Have a look on the homework post as I have given you some examples.
