Here is a fine motor activity you can do at home.
You will need:
- A tray/plate
- Salt/flour/rice/shaving foam
Pour the salt (or another ingredient) onto the tray/plate and have a go at using your fingers to write words and make marks.
Making marks with their fingers also develops their wrist control and directionality of their writing.
