see and touch.
Games: Play a board game with your family to have some fun and relax.
Be creative; writing and drawing about anything you like.
Complete water safety activities: Lots of different activities to choose from
Draw yourself sunshine. What is your sunshine? Draw/write all of the things that make you happy.
Dance fitness yoga: Exercise the mind
with Cosmic Kids Children’s yoga.
Calm Zone: Try one of these activities or use some of the tools to help you feel better when you’re feeling anxious, scared or sad.
Do a Joe Wicks (Body Coach) PE Lesson: Keeping moving, it will help to keep you feeling fit and happy.
