Manchester Healthy Schools have set us some healthy challenges. See if you can complete the first ten.

Challenge One  

Go on a mindfulness walk in your garden or yard: Write/draw 5 things that you can smell, hear, feel,
see and touch.

Challenge Two

Games: Play a board game with your family to have some fun and relax.

Be creative; writing and drawing about anything you like.

Get outside in the fresh air: We may not be
able to mix in groups but there is nothing to
stop you riding your bike or your scooter.

    Miss Lynton over the Easter holidays I’ve been doing the challenges and I’ve completed them my favorite one is Challenge 5 and 9

      Hello Aayan,

      It is great to hear that you have been trying some of the challenges set by Healthy Schools! They are such a good way of keeping your mental health good and keeping you physically fit. My favourite was Number 5, like you. It was lovely to think about all of the things that make me happy and then draw them. One of my drawings was of my Peace Mala bracelet. It made me think all of the fabulous memories I have of the work our group has done and look forward to what we will do next!
